Relaxation and stress reduction are powerful tools for improving work life. In this two-part series of Lunch ‘n’ Learn workshops, we will offer physical and mental exercises to reduce stress and promote well-being at work. The workshops are designed to help you feel refreshed and focused. The tools we share can be your own. Feel free to bring your lunch although we suggest you eat toward the end of the hour and eat a mid-morning snack. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a small blanket. We will provide mats.

Laura Benezra, MA, RD, LDN, has been a nutrition counselor for 10 years and is currently the nutritionist for faculty and staff at Appalachian State University. Ingrid Kraus, PhD, has been a clinical psychologist for 25 years.  She is currently Interim Director of Counseling for Faculty and Staff and also works in independent practice. She has a special interest in stress reduction at work.
